BIO

Rosie hails from Sydney in Australia and grew up playing every sport she had the opportunity to get involved in. She always loved distance running so when she discovered a sport that combined her love of winter and aerobic engine developed in running races she jumped right into nordic skiing at age 14. Since then she has competed for Australia at the World Junior and U23 World Championships, her best results being 30th in both Juniors (2021) and U23s (2022), as well as the Winter Youth Olympics and World University Games.
Now based in Alaska, Rosie competes for the University of Alaska Fairbanks in both Nordic Skiing and Cross Country Running. She has competed at the NCAA National Championships in both sports and loves the team atmosphere of US Collegiate Athletics. At the University of Alaska, Rosie studies Statistics. In the off season she loves enjoying the outdoors through rock climbing, ice climbing and backcountry skiing.
